Thinner Leaner Stronger: The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Female Body – This book I am currently working with for my strength training and weight loss adventure. I loved this book because it talks about glycogen. I will talk more about that in the blog. The author also talks about how lean muscle and HIIT together can help you burn more calories while at your resting period. Definitely read this book if you want to gain muscle and lose fat.
The Women’s Health Big Book of Exercises: Four Weeks to a Leaner, Sexier, Healthier You! – This book should accompany Thinner Leaner Stronger: The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Female Body. It has helped me find alternatives to the suggested workout moves. Also, it’s a great resource book for doing your own workout routine.
The Fast Metabolism Diet: Eat More Food and Lose More Weight – This book was highly recommended by one of the metabolic dieticians I work with. If you are having problems losing weight, then maybe try this diet. It may help reboot your metabolism.
