Healthy Oven French Fries

Do you love french fries? I do! So, when I am wanting some french fries I like to make my healthy oven french fries. My healthy oven french fries are a better alternative to those unhealthy, bad for you fast food french fries. This recipe is so easy, you will kick yourself for not doing these sooner.
Ingredients:
- Russett or Idaho potatoes
- Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning (It’s a Southern thang)
- Olive Oil
- Crisco Non-stick Spray Butter Flavor
The first thing you should do before peeling the potatoes is set the oven at 450 degrees
The next step is peel the potatoes, if you don’t want to eat the skin. The next thing is slice them the long way.
Next, put the potato slices in a bowl and pour olive oil over them. Put just enough to coat all of the slices.
The next step is sprinkle the creole seasoning to your liking, then mix all the ingredients together.
While the potatoes are hanging out with the olive oil and seasonings, take a baking pan and put aluminum foil on it. Spray the Crisco all over the pan. Then dump the potato slices onto the pan.
Then put the pan into the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until they are golden brown. I like to take them out at half the time and turn them over and put them back in the oven for the remainder of time.
Now they are done and they can go great with a hamburger or just alone.
